Reasons to Give

The Adult Center for Enrichment has been providing services to frail and impaired adults in Greater Greensboro since 1987.  We are very grateful for the ongoing community support.

Although we receive reimbursements from the Department of Social Services, Home Community Care Block Grants, Medicaid Cap DA, Department of Veterans Affairs, NC Division of Mental Health/Substance Abuse and Developmental Disabilities and individual payments, these reimbursements are not sufficient to cover all of the costs for the services we provide.  For example, we receive little or no funding for CarePartners at Home and Caregiver Education.

As our elder population increases, the need for services is increasing daily. Since 2005 we have had an increase of 36% in the days of service that have been provided.  With your help and others, we will be able to continue to serve the growing need.

Your gift is tax-deductible, as allowable by the IRS and will ensure that ACE continues its mission to enrich the lives of frail and impaired adults, their families, and the community through specialized adult day services, respite care, education and support.

Ways to Give

Various options are available to anyone who wishes to support the Adult Center for Enrichment.  Each are designed to be a means by which both the donor and ACE can benefit from the act of charitable giving.  You may make your gift in honor or memory of a special person or group.  You may designate your gift to support an ACE program of your choice or, support ACE as a whole, with the assurance that your gift will benefit those we serve.
