- In 2010-11, a total of 80 Participants were available on the days interviews were conducted. The percentages below are based on response rates to each question.
- Feel better coming to the program–96%
- Experience less pain (of those who normally have pain)–47%
- Enjoy activities–99%
- Are free not to participate–87%
- Receive help as needed–96%
- Treated with dignity and respect–100%
- Coming to the program makes their life better–93%

- In 2010-11, there was a 47% response rate for Caregivers. Of those that responded, 47% percent worked outside the home. The percentages below are based on the response rates to each question.
- Utilizing adult day services made it possible to continue working (If needed)–100%
- Chose adult day services for socialization of family member–98%
- Chose adult day services for respite — 83%
- Experienced reduced stress since using ADS –93%
- If working, felt job performance had improved–94%
- Increased knowledge of community resources–93%
- Chose ADS to prevent entry into long term care facility–80%
- Attending has kept family member out of a long term care facility–96%
- Would recommend to a friend or relative–100%
All of the participants at the Adult Center for Enrichment have a chronic illness from which they will not recover. A primary goal of the Adult Center is to assist in maintaining or improving the status of the participant within the limitations of their chronic disease. The following status was perceived in their family member participants by primary caregivers:
- Maintain or expand conversation or communication–93% (37% improved)
- Maintain or Improve mobility/flexibility–93% (38% improved)
- Maintain or increase personal hygiene–95% (16% increased)
- Maintain or Improve medical condition–97% (32% improved)
- A decrease in emergency care episodes–83%
- Value of services, worth the cost–98% of those that responded
Of those families experiencing difficult behaviors due to a specific illness:
- Improved or maintained sleep patterns–96% (34% improved)
